SETSNAP

SETSNAP toggles snap mode and sets snap spacing when needed.

Syntax: SETSNAP, then enter DX and DY spacing when requested.

If snap is off, SETSNAP can enable it after spacing is set. If snap is already on, SETSNAP can disable it.
