CHANGE_TEXT

CHANGE_TEXT edits existing text in the drawing.

Syntax: select a text object, run CHANGE_TEXT, edit the text in the editor window, then exit with Escape.

The editor can modify existing lines, insert new lines, or remove old text lines.
