ELLIPSE
ManualELLIPSE draws an ellipse from its center and axis points.
Syntax: ELLIPSE, center point, point on the ellipse perimeter, then a point that defines the second half-axis.
The first perimeter point defines one half-axis relative to the center. The third point defines the other half-axis and completes the ellipse.
