CHANGE_LAYER
ManualCHANGE_LAYER moves selected objects from one drawing layer to another.
Syntax: select objects, run CHANGE_LAYER, then choose the target layer number.
Layers help organize drawing content such as walls, doors, windows, installations, annotations, or other logical groups. After the command completes, the selected objects belong to the chosen layer.
