DIM

DIM adds dimensions to a line segment or to the sides of a selected polygonal region.

Syntax: select a straight segment or polygonal region, run DIM, enter the dimension offset distance, then indicate the side where the dimension should appear.

For polygonal regions, dimensions are placed outside the polygon. Dimension appearance is controlled by the dimension options in General Options.
