gsVideo2ASCII v.1 is a Windows desktop application for converting images and videos to ASCII Art. For images it creates a PNG image and a TXT file with the generated ASCII characters. For videos it creates an MP4 video and keeps source audio automatically when the source video has audio.
The Melobytes online Video to ASCII app supports browser generation up to 15 seconds. The desktop app has no app-imposed generation-duration limit and is designed for local processing and larger workflows.
