Conversion Notes

The converter reads DXF entities and writes SVG geometry. It handles common drawing objects including lines, solids, polylines, text, circles, arcs, and block insertions, then writes the result to the requested SVG file.

The converter also computes drawing borders and uses the requested SVG width and height in centimeters when opening the output SVG.
