OpsisCAD

Powerful, easy-to-use Windows 2D CAD software with DXF editing, optional AI tools, DWG file import and a streamlined workspace.

Desktop App v.1 New

Overview

OpsisCAD combines powerful 2D CAD tools with a streamlined, uncluttered workspace that keeps everyday drafting easy to learn and use. Create, open and edit DXF drawings with precise drawing, dimensioning and layer tools. Optional AI features can generate editable geometry. DWG import is available when needed.

DXF Drawing and Editing

Create, open, edit and print DXF drawings. You can also import DWG files into the drawing you are working on.

Optional AI-Assisted Drafting

Generate draft geometry from a written description or a reference image and dimensions. Review the editable CAD script before inserting the result into your drawing.

Built-In Vector Apps

Choose a ready-made shape, enter dimensions and options in a form, and place the resulting vector geometry in your drawing—no AI required.

Features

A focused toolset for everyday 2D drafting:

Draw points, lines, polylines, rectangles, arcs, circles, ellipses and splines. Add text and leaders, apply hatch patterns, and create linear, aligned, radial, diametric, angular and ordinate dimensions. Draft accurately with Object Snap, Grid Snap, adjustable grid spacing and Ortho mode. Edit geometry with move, copy, rotate, scale, mirror, offset, trim, extend, fillet and chamfer tools. Organize drawings with layers, blocks, materials, text styles, line types and hatch patterns. Inspect drawing geometry with length and area measurements in the current drawing units. Place bitmap images in drawings; OpsisCAD keeps their files in a companion folder alongside the CAD file. Use undo and redo, flexible selection tools, print preview, printing and export to supported formats.

More

OpsisCAD runs as a Windows desktop application. Its standard CAD tools and built-in Vector Apps do not use OpenAI. Optional AI tools require internet access, your own OpenAI API key, a selected model and available API credit; OpenAI bills API usage separately.
